Dada decides to hang up his boots...

Just a day after I had written a post expecting a strong comeback from Dada, he has decided the other way around. On unusual circumstances, Dada had a press meet today and after having answered the questions of the reporters for about 15 mins, just when the meet about to be over Sourav informed the reporters that he has another information to share and that's about his retirement. The news is almost a shock for his fans who had celebrated his comeback a few days ago. Sourav has given himself four test matches to end his blistering career on a high. One can expect him to go out there and enjoy his final moments in the field against the Aussies and let his bat do the talking. The decision comes up as a result of the continuous pressure that the BCCI had been thrusting on him for the past few years. Sourav feels he'll be having a pressure free life out of cricket. True to the core. Am totally against BCCI ill treating the most senior players who have kept up the name of our country high in the World arena. Hope this be the last of such occasion and me like most of the people out there feel, the man doesn deserve such an end to an era which marked the major essential changes in Indian Cricket, most of all showed Indian cricket the Winning way.

Sourav, the most dynamic captains of Indian cricket, has served Indian cricket for almost 14 yrs and its time to celebrate the career that revolutionised Indian cricket. I take up this opportunity to let my thoughts go back to the high points of Dada s career in the upcoming days...

We Salute U DADA.... You are a Legend...
