While You Were Sleeping

A pretty old movie that I still love watching. This is the story of a girl(played perfect by Sandra Bullock) who first develops a liking for a guy(Peter Gallagher) frequenting the train station where she works. He falls on the tracks one morning and she saves him only to find that he has hurt his head and so is in a coma. His relatives reach the hospital and come to the conclusion that she is his fiance and thus starts the comedy of errors erupting in a cute family background where every person gets to love the new member, including the comatose guy's brother(Bill Pullman). But trouble starts when Sandra gets attracted to the brother more and finds that she may actually be falling in love. Peter wakes up one fine day and Sandra thinks her game is up. But no! He acknowledges her, which actually confuses her even more and she finally makes up her mind on her wedding day, at the altar! This was the most hilarious portion of the movie, where each person says they don't agree to the marriage and finally all the problems are solved. Sandra aptly summarizes the movie when asked "When did you fall in Love?" with the reply "While You Were Sleeping!"
